Marshmallow ghosts (halloween recipe)

Ingredients

  • marshmallows
  • white chocolate
  • small chocolate chips
  • popsicle sticks or wooden skewers
  • Halloween sprinkles optional

Directions

40 minutes
  • 1Insert popsicle sticks or wooden skewers into marshmallows.
  • 2Melt the white chocolate (here at home we do it in the microwave oven by placing the chocolate in a small bowl and putting 30 seconds at a time until chocolate is completely melted).
  • 3Dip one marshmallow at a time into the melted white chocolate. Remove excess chocolate and quickly add the chocolate chips for the eyes and the sprinkles on the head (optional) before the chocolate hardens.
