Rounded ravioli (sorrentinos)

Rounded ravioli. Recipe for 4 people


  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup of water (approx)
  • 2 eggs


40 minutes
  • 1In a bowl beat the eggs with the salt
  • 2Add half a cup of water and reserve the rest
  • 3Mix the flour little by little and add the other half cup of water
  • 4Knead until a firm dough is formed
  • 5Let stand at least 20 minutes
  • 6Roll out a piece of dough and place it in our mold
  • 7Place our filling. For example ham, mozzarella, and walnut
  • 8Roll out another piece of dough to use as a lid
  • 9With a rolling pin cut the rounded ravioli
  • 10Cook in hot water for 5 minutes or until they float.
