Fluffy Vanilla Cake


  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla


  • 1Separate egg whites from egg yolks.
  • 2Beat the yolks with 1 cup of sugar.
  • 3Warm the milk and add it
  • 4Continue beating and add flour, baking powder and salt.
  • 5In another bowl beat the egg whites to snow and add the other cup of sugar.
  • 6Add vanilla to egg whites to snow.
  • 7Incorporate the egg whites with enveloping movements into the yolk mixture.
  • 8Grease and flour a baking sheet.
  • 9Pour the preparation into the mold.
  • 10Bring the Vanilla Cake to a moderate oven for approximately 20 minutes at 400 degrees fahrenheit
