Brazilian creamy chicken with potato sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella grated
  • 1 cup potato sticks

Directions

40 minutes
  • 1In a saucepan heat olive oil.
  • 2Add shredded chicken breast, worcestershire sauce and tomato paste.
  • 3Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4Add cream cheese and remove from heat.
  • 5In another pan melt butter.
  • 6Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • 7Little by little add milk, keep stirring until it boils.
  • 8Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 9Add cream cheese.
  • 10Remove from heat and add mozzarella.
  • 11Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  • 12Spread chicken in a baking dish.
  • 13Spread the white sauce on top of chicken.
  • 14Cover sauce with potato sticks.
  • 15Place baking dish in the oven for around 15 minutes.
  • 16Serve with rice.
